5 Year Warranty Details

Halo Innovations, Inc. fully warrants that your PureNight Pure Air System will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. After this initial year, we will provide a limited warranty for your system for an additional 4 years.

What is NOT covered:
* Damage from tampering with or opening sealed components
* Damage from misuse of abuse of the warranted product or component
* Damage from laundering or dry cleaning
* Damage from electrical spikes or surges
* Filters
* Acts of God, such as but not limited to, lightening damage

What you must do:
* Contact our customer service department at 860-560-6419 to obtain a Return Authorization.
* Send the warranted product or component to Halo Innovations, Inc., along with a dated copy of your purchase receipt. We will incur the cost of return shipping up to 1 year from the original purchase date. For the remaining 4 years of limited warranty, return shipping shall be at the customer�s expense.

What we will do:
* At our option, if within 1 year from date of purchase, we will repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge.
* At our option, if more that 1 year, but less than 5 years from date of purchase, we will either repair or replace the defective product or component for a pro-rated fee, based on current replacement costs.
* We reserve the right to substitute products or components of equal or greater quality and to use or deliver refurbished products or components in the repair or replacement of any components under this warranty.

What voids this warranty:
* Tampering with or opening sealed components of the warranted product or component
* Misuse or abuse of the warranted product or component
* Sale, transfer or other disposal of the warranted product or component

Limitations:
* Your exclusive remedy, IN LIEU OF ALL INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, is limited to repair or replacement of any product or component deemed to be defective under the terms and conditions stated herein. Halo Innovations, Inc. will bear no other damages or expenses.
* This limited warranty applies only to the product as used in the United States and Canada. It is not applicable in U.S. territories or in other countries.
* This limited warranty is non-transferable.
* Repair or replacement of a product or component under the terms of the limited warranty in no way lengthens the limited warranty period.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.
