happens at the same time every night. This could involve dinner, a
bath, putting on comfy cotton night clothes, a bedtime story in bed, a

messages to your child’s brain that bedtime is approaching
- Avoid
stimulating activities before bedtime such as rough and tumble games,
exciting or scary TV programs, computer games or strenuous mental
activities
- Stimulants like coffee
should be avoided at all times, but especially at night. Other
stimulants include sugar, soda pops, tea (except herbal teas) and

Suggested use: Serenite Jr. comes in convenient drop form, making
it easy to adjust the dosage for children of different ages. Simply
dilute the drops in about 1/4 cup (less for the younger child) of
water, juice or warm milk about 15 minutes before bedtime.
1-12 years: 1 or 2 drops per age year of the child about 15 minutes before bed. Do not exceed 15 drops.
6-12 months: 1 or 2 drops about 15 minutes before bed.
Children over 12 years old: 15-20 drops or use SerenitePlus Drops ™ for teenagers and adults.
