Suggested Adult Use: Keep lid tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Not for pregnant or nursing women, nor children under 14 years of age. Take up to a maximum of 2 tablets, 3 times daily with sufficient liquid at mealtime or less tablets, as directed by your health care practitioner. From 1 to 6 tablets may be consumed daily with meals, depending on an individual’s dietary needs.
