What are the Ingredients?

• Arnica D6 is a highly respected natural ingredient and is widely recommended for joint, bone, cartilage and tissue health.
• Filipendula almaria (Meadowsweet) is an herb which has been used for centuries by herbalists. Modern science reveals that this herb contains salicylates, which account for its soothing benefits. It also has been studied for its antioxidant properties (Kahkonen, M. P., Hopia, A. I., Vuorela, H. J., Rauha, J. P., Pihlaja, K., Kujala, T. S., and Heinonen, M. “Antioxidant activity of plant extracts containing phenolic compounds.” J Agric.Food Chem 1999;47(10):3954-3962.)
• Magnesium phosphoricum D6 (Mag. Phos) is a biochemic tissue salt found naturally occurring in the body. It has a positive effect on the muscles and an excellent soothing benefit.
• Symphytum officinale (comfrey) contains allantoin - a chemical which supports bone, cartilage and muscle health. This explains why comfrey is commonly called 'knitbone' by traditional healers. Suggested use: RealHeal is safe for all ages and comes in small lactose tablets that are dissolved or chewed in the mouth.

Initially: Dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue in a clean mouth every 1/2 hour for up to 10 doses.

Thereafter: Dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue in a clean mouth 2 to 3 times daily.
